How to order.
All you have to do is send us an email to order@ancientchinezesecret.com with the following information:
Your name Your mailing address Your telephone number Your payment method The item number(s) and a brief description of the item(s)
After we receive this information we will contact you with a total including shipping costs. California residents are subject to 8.75% sales tax.
Once we confirm your order, please remit immediate payment. Items paid by check are put on hold for no more than 4 days. If your payment does not arrive, the item(s) are taken off hold and reposted.
NOTE: Do not send payment to us without receiving our confirmation. The item you are interested in may not be available, for whatever reason. Please wait for us to reply to your request before sending payment.

Shipping and handling costs
All shipped orders include delivery confirmation so that all parties know when a package has arrived safely to its destination. NOTE: delivery confirmation is NOT insurance. We do not enforce insurance, but if you want us to insure your package, let us know when you send an email to order merchandise, and we will include the appropriate fee in your total. Please also be aware that we are NOT responsible for lost packages during shipping. Your safest bet is buying the optional insurance, its nominal, and the post office will reimburse you for lost packages. UPS offers insures their packages for free up to a certain amount, thereafter, you must purchase additional insurance.
Domestic Shipping Costs: We calculate shipping and handling on a per-order basis. All orders within USA are shipped via USPS Priority (2-3 day) mail with delivery confirmation or UPS. We will use our discretion in shipping company choices, always ensuring that it is cost effective for you.
If you must get your order fast, Ancient ChineZe Secret will gladly send it via Fed Ex/UPS/Express mail so you receive it over night, just let us know.
Priority shipping within USA for one item of clothing (a dress, sweater or pair of shoes) costs an average of $7.50 including delivery confirmation, $9.50 - $12 for heavier items like coats. Insurance is optional and starts at $1.10.
For each additional item of clothing, an average of $1.50 per item is added to above total. Please keep in mind that these are only average shipping costs so you have an idea of what your total will be.
International Shipping Costs: We calculate International shipping on a per-order basis. We will ship anywhere in the world. All orders outside the USA are shipped USPS Air Mail, Global Priority Air Mail, UPS or DHL. Please email us with your destination information, and the items you want and we will promptly email you with shipping costs.
Regarding import duties: Please be aware of your own country's tariff policies and import duties. Ancient ChineZe Secret is not responsible for these fees. If necessary, you should contact your local customs department and find out about any import fees before you order. We prefer to be 100% honest when filling out customs forms for overseas packages.
Shipping costs are not refundable on returned items.
All orders are mailed within 3 business days after payment clearance.
